Caring for your bunny tails

These are dried, so keep them out of water completely. A dried stem standing in a vase of water goes mouldy within days.

Keep them out of direct sunlight, which fades dyed colours and yellows natural ones over time.

Avoid damp rooms. A bathroom is the one place they will not do well.

If they gather dust, blow it off or use a hairdryer on its coolest setting at arm's length. Do not wipe them, which flattens the heads.

Bunny tails are a Mediterranean grass, and once dried they hold their shape and softness with no care at all.
