Weekly Flowers for Manhattan Offices and Lobbies
A lobby tells people something about a business before anyone says a word. So does a reception desk with fresh flowers on it, and so does one holding a vase of cloudy water and stems that gave up on Tuesday. Floral Studio designs weekly flower arrangements for offices, lobbies and reception areas across Manhattan and Brooklyn, on a schedule you set once and then stop thinking about.
Fresh flowers every week, designed by hand. Not the same ten stems on repeat.
How a Corporate Flower Subscription Works
You tell us the day of the week, the spaces you want covered and roughly what you want to spend. We handle everything after that. Our designers build each week's arrangements around what is genuinely at its best that week, so your lobby in March does not look like your lobby in October.
We swap the arrangements on delivery, take the old ones away and leave clean vessels behind. Nobody on your team has to trim a stem, change water or remember to reorder.
Most of our office clients start with one arrangement for reception, then add conference rooms, executive floors or a larger lobby piece once they see what it does to a room.

Office Flowers in the Financial District, Midtown and Beyond
We deliver weekly office flowers throughout Manhattan, including the Financial District, Wall Street, Battery Park City, Tribeca, Midtown, Murray Hill, Chelsea, the Upper East Side and the Upper West Side. In Brooklyn we serve Williamsburg, DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights and Downtown Brooklyn, along with Long Island City in Queens.
Our studio is in the East Village, so most downtown offices are a short trip for us. Where a building allows it, deliveries arrive before the workday gets going, and the flowers are in place before your first client walks through the door.
First impressions are made in a lobby, not a conference room.
What Weekly Flowers Actually Do for an Office
Clients notice. That part is obvious. The less obvious part is what happens with the people who work there every day. A reception desk with something alive on it reads as a business that pays attention, and that impression lands on employees just as much as it lands on visitors.
Offices bringing people back a few days a week tend to feel it most. Flowers are one of the least expensive ways to make a floor feel worth showing up to.
Recurring Flowers, Not a Standing Order
A subscription with us is not one bouquet repeated fifty-two times. Tom Lewis has been designing flowers in New York for more than twenty-five years, and every week's arrangement is built by hand from what the market has that morning. Seasonal, current and different each time.
We can work to a brand palette if your office has one, or keep things quiet and architectural for a minimal space. For the Christmas and Holiday season we can shift the program to wreaths, garland and seasonal arrangements without you having to place a separate order.
Getting Started
Setting up a weekly program takes one conversation. Tell us your address, your ideal delivery day and the spaces you want covered, and we will put together a proposal with sizes and pricing.
